Accessibility statement

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and improvement reference. The website is intended to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences.

Current features

• A skip link for moving directly to main content.
• Semantic page headings, navigation regions, forms, and dialog labels.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, portal controls, and advisor actions.
• Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
• Text alternatives for meaningful brand imagery and icons used with labels.
• Advisor minimize and close controls with distinct accessible names.

Known limitations

Some uploaded Word, Excel, PDF, or other business documents may not yet meet every accessibility need. Certain third-party authentication or hosting interfaces are also outside RESILIVANCE’s direct control. We will prioritize an accessible alternative when a user reports a barrier.

Feedback and assistance

If you cannot access content or complete an action, use the contact page and describe the page, task, assistive technology, and preferred response method. RESILIVANCE will review the issue and work toward a reasonable alternative or correction.

Ongoing review

Accessibility will be considered when content, components, documents, and services are added or revised. Automated checks can help identify issues, but meaningful review also includes keyboard, screen-size, content, and human usability testing.
