Effective September 4, 2026. This notice applies to the RESILIVANCE public website, consultation form, advisor, and authenticated portals.

Information we receive

We receive information you choose to provide, including your name, business email, telephone number, company, role, organization size, industry, service interests, budget range, and the description submitted through the consultation form. Authorized portal users may also provide account-access information and business documents.

The RESILIVANCE Advisor receives the questions you submit. Its current public experience uses approved public business information and does not search private Library documents.

First-party website analytics

We count public-page views, approximate visitor sessions, and referring website domains to understand which content is useful. This feature does not store your name, email address, full referring URL, advertising identifier, or private-portal activity. It respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting and uses a temporary random session identifier stored only for the browser session.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare for requested consultations.
• Assess which RESILIVANCE service may fit a stated business need.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and authenticated portals.
• Manage role-based access to approved business documents.
• Detect misuse, investigate technical problems, and maintain appropriate business records.

Storage and access

Consultation requests and portal records may be stored in the website’s protected business systems. Access is limited according to role and business need. Administrative documents are not public; partner and investor users see only documents explicitly approved for their role.

The advisor stores its open or minimized state and recent conversation in your browser’s session storage so the conversation can remain while you move between pages. Closing and clearing the advisor removes that local conversation state.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, or support the website, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, security, and applicable legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, use the contact page. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and RESILIVANCE does not knowingly seek personal information from children.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
